Our focus is on keeping our community healthy by providing them with the resources, opportunities, and support they need to make healthy choices. Beyond immunizations and other forms of primary healthcare, this also includes addressing “upstream” determinants of health, including disparities related to food, housing, transportation, education, employment/income, and environmental exposure.
